Studio Evrē cannot perform services if you:
- Are under the age of 18.
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Have not followed before-care instructions. 
- Are diabetic.
- Are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation.
- Have viral infections.
- Had had an organ transplant.
- Have epilepsy.
- Have a bleeding disorder.
- Are prone to keloids/hypertrophic scarring.

Health and Safety Policy
- Clients are required to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment. This ensures your safety during the session.
- For all 3D areola restorative tattoos, you must be at least 6 months post-operation. If your operation was recent, we recommend obtaining clearance from your surgeon.
- For all scar and stretch mark services, they must be at least 1 year old.

Before Care 
- We provide specific pre-care instructions that must be followed to ensure the best results. Avoiding substances like alcohol, blood thinners, aspirin, and fish oil is essential, as they can cause excessive bleeding and affect the healing process. 
- Failure to follow these guidelines may result in being turned away and charged for a percentage of the service.

Consultations
- We want to ensure you feel comfortable and confident with the service you're receiving. We don’t proceed with any service until both you and the artist are completely satisfied with the plan and color selection. 
- If the artist determines you are not a candidate for the desired service, you will not be charged for the full service. A $100 deposit applies to all scar and stretch mark consultations.

Healing & After Care
- We’ll provide you with complete aftercare instructions to help ensure the best possible results. It’s important to follow them closely.
- We are not responsible for any complications resulting from failure to follow the aftercare guidelines.

Touchups
- We recommend scheduling your touch-up appointment before you leave after your initial session to ensure timely follow-up care.
- If you don’t schedule your touch-up at the time of your first appointment, it’s your responsibility to book it within 12 weeks of your original session to take advantage of any included touch-up.



CANCELATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

At Studio Evrē, we understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. To respect the time of both our clients and artists, we have the following policies in place:

Cancellations & Rescheduling (Less Than 48 Hours Notice):
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged to the card on file.

No-Shows:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

Late Arrivals:
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee could apply.
- If you do arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full service fee will still apply.
